Asadong Baboy (Pork Chinese-Style)

Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds pork loin
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons finely minced garlic
  • Marinade: 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons white wine
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Procedure:
  • Marinate the whole pork loin for 30 minutes or more in a large pot.
  • Cover the pot and bring the mixture to a boil.
  • Lower heat and simmer until meat is tender (about 30 minutes).
  • Serve hot with the marinade.
