Ingredients:
- 1 cup grated coconut
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup grated cassava
Procedures:
- Squeeze out juice of cassava using flour sack.
- Mix squeezed cassava, sugar and water in a pan.
- Cook and stir constantly for 10 minutes
- Pour the cooked mixture into small muffin pan
- Steam for 10 minutes
- Remove it from the small muffin pan
- Let it cool
- Serve with freshly grated coconut
