Pitsi-Pitsi Recipe

Pitsi-Pitsi Recipe - Ingredients and Procedure.

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup grated coconut
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup grated cassava

Procedures:
  • Squeeze out juice of cassava using flour sack.
  • Mix squeezed cassava, sugar and water in a pan.
  • Cook and stir constantly for 10 minutes
  • Pour the cooked mixture into small muffin pan
  • Steam for 10 minutes
  • Remove it from the small muffin pan
  • Let it cool
  • Serve with freshly grated coconut
