Tuna Balls

Ingredients:
  • medium size can tuna
  • 8oz mashed potato
  • eggs
  • browned breadcrumbs
  • salt and pepper
Procedure:
  • Mix tuna, potato and seasoning with one egg into a paste
  • Form into balls and roll in the second egg and browned breadcrumbs
  • Fry in oil for 10 minutes
  • Serve with sweet and sour sauce
* Good for 4 servings
