Ingredients:
- 2 cups shelled oysters
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup cubed red ripe tomatoes
- 2 tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- Salt or patis and ground pepper to taste
Procedure:
- Heat oil in a skillet
- Saute garlic until brown
- Place onion and saute until transparent
- Add tomatoes and cook for 3 minutes
- Add oysters
- Simmer for 10 minutes
- Add salt or fish sauce and ground pepper to taste
