- 1/2kl pork cubes
- 3 cloves crushed garlic
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 bay leaf
- some dried oregano
- 1 1/2 tablespoon tausi(salted black beans)
- 1 cup water
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
- Cover and bring to boil.
- Lower the heat and simmer until meat is very tender and sauce is almost dry.
- Serve with fried saba (if you're in the Pinas :D ).
