- 1 k. clams, cooked & half shell removed
- 1 tbsp. garlic, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1 (184 gms.) tuna flakes in oil, drained
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- In a clean bowl, combine garlic, mayonnaise, parsley and tuna.
- Mix well.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Spread prepared filling on clams and place in a baking tray.
