- 1 Pound Shrimp -- split in half
- 1 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Garlic -- finely chopped
- 1 Large Onion -- finely chopped
- 5 Large Radishes -- finely chopped
- Salt And Pepper -- to taste
- Soak the shrimp in vinegar for 40 minutes.
- In medium skillet, saute garlic, onion and radishes in oil for 5 minutes.
- Add shrimp and vinegar.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bring mixture to a boil and serve.
